This position requires a person that has their Class A or B CDL license. Ready to Haul provides exceptional service while installing premium mulch, soil and playground chips for premier customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install variety of material into landscapes.

• Supervise/Lead other member(s) of installation crew.

• Communicate with clients in a professional manner to insure client satisfaction.

• Have the ability to pull 4" to 5" hose from the truck to landscape beds, connect and drop hose lengths as needed by installer.

• Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following: budget material installed to insure clients receive the cubic yards ordered, set up and manage hose, monitor/check material during installation, thoroughly cleanup job sites according to company standards.

• Safely operate vehicles in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Perform routine vehicle inspections to insure safety & ongoing performance and reliability of truck, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting of repairs as needed.

• Ability to take constructive feedback from Supervisor.

• Proactively respond in looking for potential hazards, problems and overall safety as well as taking corrective action.

• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills while providing superior customer service.

• Good time management and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Ability to recognize and identify product both near and from distance.

• Exceptional attendance and reliability.
   

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Valid Class A or B CDL driver’s license for the state in which you reside.

• Familiarity with roads and traffic challenges in Central Ohio.

• Reliable transportation to and from our Columbus Location with a varying schedule.

• Must be able to speak & understand English.

• Able to pull a minimum up to 150lbs (250 feet) of hose. Ability to lift 50bs on a regular basis.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of outdoor environment and safety precautions.

• Prior experience in detail oriented work.

• Must strictly adhere to all safety standards at all times.
